EFFECTIVE THERAPY FOR

LYME DISEASE

Lyme Disease Therapy

DR. ALAN SHAIR IS AN EXPERT ON LYME DISEASE

For over 30 years I have been working with functional medicine and have encountering many aliments, offering my clients a number of healing modalities. With its co-infections and divergent viruses, the one that stands out as being one of the most challenging to address is Lyme Disease. Since I have experienced Lyme Disease firsthand, I understand the anxiety of seeing different Medical Doctors and not finding relief. Considering that I have a PhD in Psychotherapy, it was especially frustrating to be told that it was “all in my head”. Having many symptoms and not finding answers served as impetus for me to develop therapies that worked for myself and my clients.

DETOXIFICATION

Gene Testing: If these genes are not present, the ability to detoxify some toxic compounds may be reduced. GSTM1: This gene is associated with the body’s ability to detoxify metals and various toxins, which may affect the toxicity, and efficacy of some drugs. GSTM1 is not present in about 40% of the population.
